    Architectural Review Authority

    This independent committee reviews all submissions from homeowners for improvements to make sure they comply with the community deed restrictions [CC&R’s]. The improvements that must be approved by the ARA include: Fencing re-staining or replacements, Major Landscaping updates, Roof replacements, Window replacements, Exterior home Painting, New pool build, Outdoor kitchens/living build-out.

    City Services

    Members of this committee are responsible for attending city council meetings, keep up to date on zoning, city ordinances and other developments that may affect our community. This group is also in charge of the Adopt-a-Road and Crime Watch.

    Ground Maintenance

    This committee is responsible for the landscaping of common areas, grass, playground, tennis and sports court areas.

    Neighborhood Code Compliance

    This committee ensures all homeowners comply to the deed restrictions that are set-up for the community to maintain the beauty and value of all homes. This includes ensuring proper landscaping and lawn upkeep around homes, street parking regulations, trash receptacles, screening of pool/AC equipment and mailboxes.

    Pool Maintenance

    This committee is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair contracts for the upkeep of the cabana and pool. They also monitor and control the activities of residents when using the pool.

    Sitting Board Members

    Sitting board members attend the monthly Board of Directors meetings and volunteer to assist other board committees as necessary.

    Social Committee

    This committee plans and executes all community social functions plus manages the vendor contract for common area Christmas lighting. The committee is also in charge of welcoming new residents to the neighborhood.

Webmaster

What is a Webmaster?

A Webmaster is the administrator of a website.

Generally, a webmaster's responsibilities include:

  • Register and maintain the website's domain name and email addresses
  • Maintain uptime on the web, database, and SMTP farms
  • Design the website, or direct page designers and software developers
  • Monitor the size of the site to ensure allowed bandwidth and disk space is not exceeded
  • Plan future growth, requirements and limitations of the website

The Webmaster cannot answer questions regarding your HOA dues, grant access to the pool, or provide any information about the inner-workings of the HOA, events, budget's, ACC approvals, etc.
