HOA Dues Notice

DUES SUMMARY
The 2026 budget for Remington Park is finalized. You will soon receive your HOA dues statement.
• Annual dues for 2026 are $1414
• The Board has additionally approved a $530 Reserve Assessment
This assessment funds two capital projects – 1) Repair of the Pilot Channel between the north and middle pond, and 2) Complete plaster refinish of the community pool. [It will be billed ½ in 2026 and ½ in 2027]
Dues statements will be sent this month.
Annual Dues: Option to pay in 2 installments (½ in Jan and ½ in July - 2026)
Reserve Assessment: $265 due in Jan. 2026
Summary: $972 due in January; $707 due in July 2026
Please pay your dues promptly. Delinquent accounts will be sent to a collection agency, potentially affecting your credit and leading to legal action.
The Board of Directors carefully manages the budget to maintain our 16 acres of common grounds, including ponds, walking paths, a playground, tennis court, and community pool, while keeping costs low. Proper maintenance enhances our home’s value. During the yearly budget process, we strive to minimize dues despite market conditions.
We encourage all of you to review the Annual Budget and the Reserves Study posted on the RP website.
